Once everything is set up to enable phone calls through Teams, ensure your users have the appropriate licenses to access this feature.
Licenses required:
Office license, Teams domestic calling plan license, Phone system.
Note: Microsoft 365 E5, A5, and G5 plans include Teams Phone System. If a user is assigned any of these licenses, you only need to add the Teams domestic calling plan.
To assign the license:
1. Go to the M365 Admin portal (https://admin.microsoft.com/)
